1. Aqua. One of the Bellagio's finest
restaurants, Aqua delivers one of the best cutting-edge menus in Las
Vegas. Chefs Mark LoRusso and Michael Mina team up to deliver unique
dishes you won't find anywhere else. And to make sure you get the right
bottle of wine for the meal, sommeliers Caleb Dial and Joe Phillips
oversee the exciting wine list.
2. Picasso.
Also situated in the Bellagio Casino, Picasso features famed chef
Julian Serrano, who left San Francisco to display his culinary talents
in this Casino Restaurant. Patrons are surrounded by $50 million worth of real Picasso works and are fed the finest in Southern French cuisine.
3. Valentino.
If you like Italian cuisine then Valentino is the one for you. Situated
in the Venetian Casino, the restaurant's menu includes many Italian
dishes that you won't find anywhere else in town, as well as excellent
versions of the classic dishes you'll be familiar with. The wine list
is easily one of the best in town.
4. Le Cirque.
The final Bellagio restaurant on the list, Le Cirque offers

5.Nobu.Award wnning Nobuyuki Matsuhisa has cloned his New York sushi bar in

6. Renoir.
Steve Wynn's collection of Renoirs grace the walls of this French
restaurant located in the Mirage Casino. Chef Alessandro Stratta gained
acclaim at the Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona and has brought
his expertise to Las Vegas.
7. Lutece.
Another French cuisine restaurant that's a replica of the New York
version is Lutece. Located in the Mirage Casino, it offers classic
French dishes with elegant service and decor. The signature dish is the
sautéed foie gras with chocolate sauce and orange marmalade.
8.808.
Set in Caesars Palace, 808 is the area code for Hawaii, and is inspired
by French chef Jean-Marie Josselin. This restaurant infuses French with
Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Indian cuisine to create original
dishes that please in every way. A collection of cocktails and
specialty coffees will top off the perfect meal.
9. Spago.
Wolfgang Puck's Spago in Caesars Palace was one of Las Vegas' first
imported restaurants and continues to be one of the best. Although
Wolfgang will occasionally show up at the restaurant, Chef David Robins
runs the day-to-day operations in the kitchen. A front café offers
